Défi Canderel is celebrating its 35th anniversary by hosting its annual corporate fundraising event in a brand-new format!

We’re throwing it back to 1989, the year the Défi Canderel began, with an electrifying Health and Wellness festival! 

Join our community for a full day of programming and get ready to embrace the style and spirit of the 80’s. Teams will participate in engaging activities from 9 AM – 2 PM, including:

• Heart-pumping cardio classes and mindful yoga sessions led by Club Atwater
• Team-building challenges to ignite your competitive spirit
• Groovy 80’s beats by DJ ZO
• A skin cancer screening by Melanoma Canada sponsored by Canderel
• A research discovery centre presented by the Montreal Cancer Institute and the Rosalind and Morris Goodman Cancer Institute
• Breakthrough discussions with doctors, researchers, and cancer thrivers hosted by Braindate
• A wholesome lunch from Mandy’s Salads
• Our traditional fun run
• And prizes for the best 80’s costumed teams and individuals

Each runner will get a 35th anniversary t-shirt to wear at the event. Participants are encouraged to accessorise the t-shirts by sporting vibrant 80’s-inspired workout clothes–Think neon, leg warmers, leotards, headbands, and anything else that screams “Let’s Get Physical!”.
